பெரியவளாகாத பெண்ணோடு தொடர்பு கொண்டு அவளுடைய மரணத்திற்கு காரணமாக இருந்த கயவர்களை கொண்டிருந்தது இந்து சமுதாயம்

வெட்கம் என்றால் என்ன என்பதைச் சிறிது அறியாதவர்கள் இந்துத்துவ வெறியர்கள்.  பைபிளில் கன்னிமையை திருமணத்திற்கும் முன் இழந்த பெண்ணை என்ன செய்யச் சொல்கிறது என்பதை மிகுந்த குதூகலத்தோடு பதிவிட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். எனக்குத் தெரிந்து கிறித்துவ நாடுகளில் திருமணத்திற்கு முன் கன்னிமை இழந்த பெண்ணை கல்லால் அடித்துக் கொன்றதாகச் சரித்திரம் இல்லை. 

இனி இந்து சமுதாயங்களின் என்ன நடந்தது என்பதைப் பார்ப்போம். 

எங்கள் குடும்பங்களிலேயே பெண் பெரியவளாவதற்கு முன்னால் திருமணம் செய்ய வேண்டிய கட்டாயம் என் தந்தை தலைமுறை வரை இருந்தது.  பெரியவளாகாத பெண்ணோடு தொடர்பு கொண்டு அவளுடைய மரணத்திற்கு காரணமாக இருந்த கயவர்களை கொண்டிருந்தது இந்து சமுதாயம்.  குறிப்பாக பிராமண சமுதாயம். விதவைகளை எந்த மனிதாபிமானமும் இன்றி தீயிலிட்டு  எரித்தது இந்து சமுதாயம்.

நேருவும் அம்பேத்காரும் இந்து திருமணச் சட்டத்தை திருத்த முயற்சி செய்த போது அவர்கள் படங்களை எரித்தவர்கள் இந்துத்துவ வெறியர்கள்.

சரி இனி மனுவிற்கு வருவோம். சென்ற நூற்றாண்டின் நடு ஆண்டுகள் வரை இதுதான் இந்துச் சட்டங்களில் தலையாயது.

24. “Utmam sevmansto…….” – 8/365. In case a man from a lower caste enjoys sex with a woman from a higher caste, the person in question is to be awarded the death sentence. And if a person satisfies his carnal desire with women of his own caste, he should be asked to pay compensation to the women’s faith.

25. “Ya to kanya…………….” – 8/369. In case a woman tears the membrane [hymen] of her Vagina, she shall instantly have her head shaved or two fingers cut off and made to ride on Donkey.

26. “Bhartaram…………….” – 8/370. In case a women, proud of the greatness of her excellence or her relatives, violates her duty towards her husband, the King shall arrange to have her thrown before dogs at a public place.

38. “Vandyashtamay…….” – 9/80. A barren wife may be superseded in the 8th year; she whose children die may be superseded in the 10th year and she who bears only daughters may be superseded in the 11th year;  but she who is quarrelsome may be superseded without delay.

39. “Trinsha……………….” – 9/93. In case of any problem in performing religious rites, males between the age of 24 and 30 should marry a female between the age of 8 and 12.

40. “Yambrahmansto…….” – 9/177. In case a Brahman man marries Shudra woman, their son will be called ‘Parshav’ or ‘Shudra’ because his social existence is like a dead body.

இன்றும் மனுஸ்மிருதியையும் சூத்திரர்களையும் வைசியர்களையும், பெண்களையும் பாபயோனியில் பிறந்தவர்கள் என்று கண்ணன் சொன்னதை நியாயப்படுத்தும் சில தமிழ் பிராமணர்கள்தான் பைபிளைப் பற்றிப் பேசுகிறார்கள்.

இவர்கள் நாங்கள் நியாயப்படுத்தவில்லை என்று சொல்லலாம்.  இதே போன்று பைபிளில் பெண்ணைக் கல்லால் அடிக்க வேண்டும்என்று சொன்னதை நியாயப் படுத்தும் ஒரு கிறித்தவ நாட்டையாவது இவர்கள் காட்ட வேண்டும்.
